China's top legislature ends annual session

The Third Session of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, began its closing meeting here Sunday morning, presided over by Wu Bangguo, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee.

President Hu Jintao and other top leaders attended the closing meeting.
