Consul General Liao Juhua Hosts Reception in Honor of Choir from the Diocesan School for Girls

On 7th July 2010, Consul General Liao Juhua hosted a reception in honor of 30 students from the Diocesan School for Girls, their teachers and parents, who will visit China and participate in the China International Choir Festival to be held from 28th July to 2nd August.

Mdm. Liao delivered a welcoming speech and hoped the visit will gave the students a better understanding of China. She wished them all the best and a happy stay in China. The teachers from the Diocesan School for girls briefed Mdm. Liao on the school and its connections with China.

The students presented wonderful chorus performance at the reception, and a short film about China was screened.
